Sheri was great! I was overloaded with work at the time so she worked on getting some of the documents for me, meaning she worked with my bookkeeper to explain some of the files that were needed. The most stressful part for me was locating the documents needed to process the loan. Sheri jumped right in and helped, she explained why they were needed and made the whole process so very easy. I also love the secure document upload portal and that I could do 95% of the doc signing online and she followed up with quick videos to explain where we are in the process. Love that!
